where do I begin? the smell was simply unbareable, and when I asked for help, staff just weakly sprayed air freshener, as if that woudl ve been enough. also, tea and cookies in the lobby as a welcome gift woudl ve been really nice, but they didn't bother. overall, just not impressed at all.

I had a comfortable stay with a room that had a kitchenette and a decent layout. The amenities like Wi-Fi made it easier to plan my day trips. I explored the local area and enjoyed the convenience of being close to attractions like Six Flags. One downside was pests in the room, which was disappointing. The staff's approach to the issue didn't help much.

Manager Russell was very helpful many times. I really need to express how Mira at the Front Desk always had a smile and she was eager to help. Peggy, the cleaning lady was thorough and always had a friendly smile. Juan, the maintenance guy, was always there fixing things. They deserve recognition.

The room was decent. Really liked how comfortable the bed was and the shower worked great! However, there was an issue with the fridge leaking. Staff was helpful in addressing this, but I felt a little frustrated with moving rooms because of it. Even though it’s supposed to be non-smoking, there was a slight haze of smoke in the air.
